In order to let the Graphic Symbol behave like a Movie Clip you can alter its properties, just double click on the Graphics Symbol and set its Behaviour to Movie Clip. At the same time you can set itΓÇÖs Instance Name.
In Layers 2 and 3 I placed some graphics that represent the screws and button of the light switch. These Graphics will stay at their place and will not be affected by the angle of the ΓÇÿswitch caseΓÇÖ Symbol.
